The tricosconcept of "accompanying" aims to ensure that medical personnel holistic The training involves not only pure German as a Foreign Language/German as a Second Language instruction, but also the integration of many subject-specific units and additional intercultural elements within this context. The course concept
During the first part of the course, we thoroughly evaluate your caregivers and find the most suitable training program for each of them. Thanks to our extensive network, this may also include an offer for training at another location, which we will gladly arrange for you free of charge.
As the course progresses, we will accompany your caregivers on their way to the previously agreed goal by having our certified instructors develop an individual course plan and regularly reflect on and, if necessary, adjust it in exchange with your caregivers and you.

Basically, tricos offers four modules which we can combine to create your individual course in consultation with you.
Only the first component (consultation and language evaluation) is mandatory in order to combine your wishes and our expertise into the aforementioned individual course concept.
Based on this first module, we can then recommend the following as a second module for your participants: either a basic course (in language ranges A2-B1), an advanced course (in language ranges B2-C1), or even exam preparation with the exam itself (A2, B1, B2, C1). For participants with no prior knowledge of German, we strongly recommend starting with a general German language course for beginners (A1 course) as part of the basic course; here, too, we can create a customized course offer for your group if needed.
In our course design, the language areas in our modules are intentionally specified flexibly, as this allows us to cater to your participants and offer courses that incorporate various language levels. Our experience has shown that, for example, an advanced course that includes a core course at the B2 language level, a review at the B1 level, and an introduction to the C1 level, achieves the agreed-upon course objective more effectively than the usual course formats that primarily focus on language proficiency.
Should our modular components not suit your needs, we can also create a completely customized course model for your participants.
Evaluation of the state of knowledge

If you do not yet have a language certificate, our experienced teachers can use this phase to accurately assess your strengths and weaknesses and (in the case of an individual learning group) tailor the content accordingly.
